CAMPING 2023 – Guidelines and FAQs

When is checkin and checkout? Check in 2PM on Saturday and checkout 2PM on Sunday

Do I need to bring the blankets and pillows? Campers are requested to bring their own pillows, blankets and bed sheets. These items are available for rent at $15 per bed pack. Each bed pack comes with a sheet, pillow and blanket.

What does the entry fee cover? Entry fee includes lodging, dinner and breakfast

Are there additional activities? Do I need to pay for those? List of additional activities can be found at https://www.campallen.org/reserved-activities.html. If you are interested in any of these activities, please include that in the signup sheet. We will work with Camp Allen and confirm the availability of the activity during our stay. Subsequently, we will reach out to you separately to arrange for the payment for any additional activities.

Can we get separate room for my family? – There is only shared accommodation with bunk beds. Separate rooms for families are not available.

I’m traveling with older family members. Are there any other lodging options for them? For families with seniors, we can provide the directors quarters. There are only two directors quarters available and we may assign this to multiple seniors.

How are the members assigned to dorms? The organizing committee will assign the dorms to families.

Is heating and AC available on the dorms? – All dorm rooms have heating and AC.

Do I need to buy tickets for my kids? Tickets need to be purchased for all campers above 5.

We have a limited capacity for campers, and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the deadline for registering? If you wish to participate in any additional activities, please register by November 2nd. If you are not signing up for additional activities, please complete your registration by November 15th. In the event that we reach capacity, registration will be closed.
