MEA recently conducted a Seed swap event which involved exchange of seeds between MEA gardening enthusiasts and members facilitated by MEA volunteers. The event was a resounding success with twenty eight (28) participants across Houston and neighboring areas. Twenty two (22) different types of seeds were exchanged. 
The event received a lot of positive feedback and has been a shot in the arm for many of our avid gardeners whose gardening plans have been affected by the recent freeze in Houston. MEA would also like to thank the volunteers who managed the event in terms of collecting, organizing and distributing the seeds. Some pictures from the volunteer efforts are attached here.
